Dr Gilberta St Rose, MD is a practicing physician with an active practice in holistic integrative medicine. She is trained in conventional medicine, dermatology and herbal medicine. Dr St Rose has developed a line of herbal tonics sold under her own brand "Eden Herbs". She is based in St Lucia, an active member of TRANMIL and will champion our policy agenda for promotion of integrative approaches to Living Well in the Caribbean.

Having returned to Caribbean Island of Grenada after living in the US for over 40 years. Mr Edwin has a vibrant civil and criminal law practice, Eden Law Caribbean.  He is a civil rights and social justice activist and known for his work with the Free Nelson Mandela Campaign and being arrested for his one man protest of the Ministry of Culture re-enactment of slavery as a cultural tourism product.  Mr Edwin will provide legal counsel to CISIL Legislative and Policy Agenda. He is currently leading Court Litigation to ban flogging and to remove the racist, slavery legislation from the Laws of Grenada.

Lucia Mings has over 15 years of experience as a natural resources manager in the Caribbean. 

She is the founder and managing director of ETC Ltd., an environmental and tourism services consultancy established in Antigua since 2009 with the goal of integrating the principle of sustainability into infrastructure development within the region.
